Relaxing

Well Samia and I had a long and busy week. She got to meet Aunt Traci, Uncle Ian and soon to be cousin Luke. I went over on thursday to do Traci's hair and everytime Samia cried Luke would kick. They already know thier family! Saturday we went to Brady and Nicole's wedding. It was beautiful. Monday Samia got to meet her Uncle Greg who came home from college at UC Davis. After running around all week and helping Greg get his stuff ready to go back to school we head into the weekend which hopefully bring some relaxation time. Friday Samia had a doctors visit. She now weighs 10lbs 9oz. She has gained a little over pound since birth. Doctor would like to see more, go figure. And samia is now getting what is known a colic! Yeah for mom who stayed up thursday night from 1230 to 630 am, only to wake up at 800 for her doc. appointment. But tomarrow we get to go to daddy's house, so mommy will get a break. We also get to see brother bryson in his first recidal, from pre-school. So it's late and I need some sleep :) But I will post some pic's soon.

Spending some quality time together! Or should I say quite time!


She wears me out faster than herself! I hope this isn't a prelude of whats to come!

Here are some pic's from the babyshower, yeah so ok I did things a little backwards. But with everything going on I forgot to post these. The shower was at Tri-Cities Park in Placentia. It was a beautiful day. We had a great time. Samia made out like a bandit!

Well it's been just over two weeks, and my little angel is doing great. She is such a relaxed baby. She sleeps for 4-5 hrs. wakes up finishes 4-6 oz. of formula and breast milk and goes back to sleep! Yeah! Sorry it took so long to get new pic's but here they are...1) is at great-grandma's 91st b-day, She of course was a hit.


2) was of this morning, sitting and watching TV with mommy.


3) is her crashing out a few min later. I love her eyes, what a great photo op.

4) is mimi's in her new crib that grandma got her, cool thing is it rocks, thank you sleepy time!

5)and last but not least Samia with her half-brother bryson. There is a slight resemblance.

My little girl is here!

Well the induction didn't go as planned. I went in tuesday night and by wednesday morning nothing had changed. Samia's heartbeat wasn't reacting the way they wanted so I was rushed into the OR for an emergency cecerian? (sorry about the spelling...lol). With in 13 min Samia made her entrance into the world. She weighed 9lbs. 5oz. and was 21 3/4 inches. As you can see from the pic's she had a full head of hair and beautiful brown eyes. I couldn't stop crying from the moment I heard her wail. Now I am spending as much time getting to know her as possible. I know they grow up fast so I am cherishing every moment.

The show must go on....

Well I just found out that tomorrow at 5pm, my doctor is going to induce me. Yeah! So hopefully I will have my little girl. I am really excited. Thank you to everyone for all the love and support.
